It has willingly participated with the dictatorial Gov. “Slobodan” Blagojevich of IL in firing pharmacists who dare exercize their God-given rights of conscience and clinical judgment.

This firm definitely has a taken a SLIGHTLY ACCOMODATING AND POSITIVE position vis-a-vis pharmacist rights of conscience in the workplace. Their HR email to a pharmacist on 18 Mar 2008 shows a willingness to be accomodating to pharmacists of conscience, including the matter of material cooperation in referrals and a "step aside" provision.

Smith's has been more accomodating, but it's policy ultimately is dictated to by Kroger based in Cincinnati, OH
