All payment for orders are due with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. All products received by the client are considered accepted and in conformance with the original order. Please report any damages or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt to PFLI via phone, fax or email. All packages should be examined closely. PFLI will reship/credit any damages at its discretion.
Sorry NO refunds or returns accepted, except for defective merchandise. NO refunds or returns on printed or other media No returns, refunds or credit given for printed publications, CDs, or audio or video tapes. NO refunds or credits on postage or shipping EVER.
Sorry, NO exceptions. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of invoice for ANY credit. No credit given after that time. Challenges or disputes to your credit/bank card of a bona fide order that are deemed punitive or vindictive in nature by PFLI, and are unrelated to the actual order contents or processing per se, shall be charged back a processing fee of $25.00.
Products shipped for intended use by a PHC or CPC must be shipped to a commercial address only, not a residence.
Flat shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states only. For shipments to AK, HI, Canada and other foreign countries please call, fax or email for rates. Higher rates apply for requested premium shipping (eg Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day FedEx). If you use Premium FedEx, the online quoted rates are estimates; you will be charged the actual rate (which may be higher), based on final weight and zip/postal code.
