The former lieutenant governor of New York is warning that the $50 
billion that President Obama expects to spend in the next few years on a 
nationwide digital health records system for every individual easily 
could, and probably will, result in rationed medical care.

WND recently reported on a little-discussed provision in Obama's plan 
that would demand every American submit to a government program for 
electronic medical records without a choice to opt out, raising alarms

Aside from the obvious error of using the term "conception", her death 
was obviously NOT "natural" -- yet if such language were used in 
legislation it would create a legal loophole and NOT COVER her very 
UNnatural death.  Thus legally euthanasia would be allowed.

"Conception" means "fertilization", which when used in legislation would 
NOT cover all human beings asexually reproduced;  further, the term now 
means "implantation" in many state laws.  Thus legally the use of 
abortifacients, prenatal genetic diagnosis, the use of unethically 
produced vaccines, and human embryo research (especially in IVF 
laboratories) using asexually reproduced human embryos (including 
naturally occurring human monozygotic twins /in vivo/!), including 
"twinning" and other genetically engineered reproductive methods as 
"infertility treatments" in IVF centers, would be legally allowed.  And 
this has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with "preserving the 
Immaculate Conception", unless one seriously believes that Christ was 
somenow conceived by means of sperm during the process of 
fertilization!  So why continue to force this ridiculous and legally 
dangerous mantra?  Like, shooting one's self in the foot.

Someone please explain to me in plain English where I am wrong???
