Dear [PFLI]:

I received word that a commentary appeared today in the Press of
Atlantic City by Dan K. Thomason entitled, "Pharmacists should not
dispense morality."

In it, the author makes his case by giving examples of growing social
problems and states "they are manifestations of a real effort by a
growing movement of political and religious-based groups to withhold
access to available birth control and anti-abortion measures through
pharmaceutical denial.

Quoting a few more lines he writes "What unmitigated arrogance! This
kind of sanctimoniousness has no place in a regulated and necessary
business."

I thought perhaps you or someone from Pharmacists for Life might like to
provide your own commentary on the subject.

All the best,
